Customers who do not speak Japanese are welcome to apply. Multilingual customer support is available for each of the listed services.
* For some services, some documents and so on are only available in Japanese.

Is there any service that is available for application before coming to Japan?

You can apply for a Japanese SIM card from overseas with your passport. You can also download the interpreting application before coming to Japan (with the exception of some territories/countries). For other services, you will need a residence card so please apply after coming to Japan.
