  • The redemption options are not the service target.
  • The redeemed points exceed the rent and guarantee fee. The exceeding points will be returned by a unit of 400 points.

  ※ Depending on the time you register for Saison card payment, we might return your redeemed points.
  ※ To redeem points, please log in on NetAnswer with your NetAnswer ID or SAISON ID and proceed from there.
  ※ The redemption is done with a 400-point unit. This service is not available if the customers have less than 400 points.
  ※ Customers cannot change or cancel the requested point redemption.

Application Apply at a real estate agency and submit your identification documents. ※Other documents may be required depending on your application.

Screening Your application and submitted documents will go through a screening process. The screening result will be announced by the real estate agency. ※We might refuse to provide the rent guarantee service.

Contract Customers will affix their personal seal or sign the Rent Guarantee contract. When the lease is finalized, the Rent Guarantee contract will also become valid.

Payment method (Saison credit card) The registration for Saison card payment is done online. For more details, please check the "Card payment procedure" section below.

Payment method (automatic bank transfer) Customers can also choose to pay by automatic bank transfer. ※Kindly understand in advance that the application procedure for automatic bank transfer might take up to several months.

Paying rent with a credit card

The registration for rent payment with a Saison credit card will be done online.

Cards accepted for rent payment

• Only Saison cards issued by Credit Saison are accepted.
  Saison cards will have a Saison logo on the front and Credit Saison Co., Ltd. as the card issuer on the back.
• In principle, we only accept cards that bear the contractor's name.
  However, customers who wish to use a card that bears the name of a family member (same surname) can contact Saison Rent Guarantee Support desk for more information.

Customers who already have a Saison card

Please follow the instructions below to register your credit card for rent payment.

Log in

Click "Register here" then input your ①contract number ②phone number and ③date of birth to log in.
※Your contract number is 承認番号 (approval number) on your contract document.

Submit

Input your card information then submit the form.

Timeline

If you finish the card payment registration by the 10th, the card can be used to pay for the following month’s rent. (E.g.) If a customer finishes the registration by April 10, May’s rent will be withdrawn on June 4. (The withdrawal date is the 4th of every month. In case of weekends or public holidays, the withdrawal will be carried out the next business day.)

※The withdrawal date can differ for certain students’ buildings. (E.g.) If a customer finished the registration by April 10, May’s rent will be withdrawn on July 4. (The withdrawal date is the 4th of every month. In case of weekends or public holidays, the withdrawal will be carried out the next business day.)

※Card payment will only go into effect the month after Credit Saison starts to collect the rent (please refer to the below timeline).

※Please contact the real estate agency in charge of your lease if you have any inquiry regarding the rent of the months before Credit Saison starts to collect the rent.
※To prepare for the rent payment, please confirm your card’s spending limit. Customers who wish to increase the spending limit can request via NetAnswer. (Depending on our assessment result, your request might be rejected.)
※Online registration for card payment can be done only once. You will not be able to alter any details or re-register online after submitting.

Following the registration, an SMS will be sent to you as confirmation that the registration is completed.

※Customers can check their contract document for the month Credit Saison starts to collect the rent.
